We will meet monthly to start on the following dates: Sat October 18th, Fri November 14th, and Fri December 5th. A group that combines a passion for fitness and focus on faith. We will begin the night with prayerful movement followed by meaningful discussions on the weekly Bible sermons that follow. We seek to deepen our faith, grow spiritually, and foster community through gentle, intentional movement and shared reflections on God's Word. All are welcome to join in this serene space of worship, prayer, and spiritual growth.
